I listened on the radio because directv doesn't have the PAC12 network. But it was up the middle on 1st and second, and if it got to 3rd Lockie would either over throw or under throw the receivers.
The two headed monster of Freeman/Griffin is all you need next week.

If you watched any of the USC game I think they averaged over 5y/carry for the game and were seemingly running up the middle at will. It's just Sark is so damned stubborn in forcing a passing game even when it's not working. If they had stuck to the run they win that game hands down. It really is our weakness.

Oh I watched it and there were definitely big holes up the middle. I couldn't understand why Sark went away from the run. Your offense played just good enough. The huskies have a young team and I think they will be really good next year, just a little inconsistent this year.

We have the players in place to be a contender outside of the QB and the defensive scheme. Oregon has 3 QB recruits in this upcoming class. It definitely appears that there is a full court press in finding a QB. The coaching staff really seems to have dropped the ball in developing someone.

Sark did that shit with us as well. He's going to push shit that isn't working until it works.

I mean I get trying to give your QB confidence back and it's always good to reassure them you haven't lost faith in them, but you are there to win games.

I hate to dwell in the past, but I remember many games where James would run the same play 5 times in a row until the other team finally did something to stop it. If the D can't stop the run THEN RUN IT ffs. It's really not that hard to figure out.

We have different issues. UW has struggled to get enough of a run game to open things up for the passing game so you have a young QB saddled with D's knowing they can sit back and wait for the pass.

Ducks didn't do well against some of Utah's rushing, particularly the QB runs. UW doesn't have that kind of offense. As weak as their secondary has been at times, UW will have to establish the run to really exploit it. If they can scrounge up 150+y on the ground their offense might make for a long night on your defense. Big if.

I think it may be getting close to that point.
Do you really see them firing him after this season? I could still see them giving him a chance after all these kids have another year under their belt if it looks like any of the other young kids you are bringing up at QB might be able to turn that offense around.

I can't see them keeping that D coordinator, but helf? I don't know. Even if they lose to UW I still think he gets another year.

Oregon is actually worse than I thought.

I think Oregon is worse than anyone thought. I said 3 losses for this year and no conf championship. They might lap that total of losses before it's all said and done.

Der Fuhrer of Nike doesn't tolerate failure. The "schools" only mission is to pimp the Nike brand. Helfrich seat is red hot right now.

I am looking forward to the game next weekend. Our strength on defense is the D-line

I can't wait for that game either. I just hope our fans behave. You can see the sense that some have already in here that an end to the streak is coming. I could easily see some of the fuckheads out there being worse to your fans attending than normal. For Gods sake, don't park in the game lots with an O sticker on your car. Someone will be stupid.

The intensity of the crowd will be insane though. Probably from both fan bases. So much will be on that game. UW needs to finally get that monkey off it's back and the ducks are seriously desperate to right the ship.

I'll be ready for a win or a loss. It's college ball. Shit happens. I just love that kind of big game atmosphere.
