He's not going to earn a spot over Kyrie, Simmons, or Beal.

Ehh I disagree but even if you're correct, there will be more than 3 guards on the East All Star team. Beal and Oladipo been just about the same in terms of how good they been. So even if Kyrie and Beal get the starting nod then you still have another 2-3 guard slots for Oladipo. My guess is the 3 reserve guards will likely be Oladipo, Simmons, and DeRozan.

Simmons could be a forward.

Also, I do think Oladipo has been slightly better than Beal so far.
