Step 4 (which should be swapped before step 3): Fire Butler yesterday.
meh, i dunno about signing minah, is it gonna make us a playoff team?

Fuck yea Minkah provides so much stability to the defense that they don't have. Their biggest flaw is at safety. You saw what RW was able to do with a 4th Rd TE to this defense? The Steelers safeties are putrid. Does it make them a playoff team? Debatable. Does it give them a better chance to succeed defensively? Oh hell yea.meh, i dunno about signing minah, is it gonna make us a playoff team?
but Id be down for firing both coordinators........and cutting crief......
think dez is washed but when hes mentally ready kick the tires.....
theres no wr's out there
top 8 pick most likelyWelp... Only way to "move forward" now is to admit defeat and dive headfirst into rebuild mode. And that starts with getting a new coaching staff top to bottom. Nothing can happen until that occurs. AR2 doesn't have the marbles though so it's going to be a long year. 3-4 wins at best looking at the schedule.
Top 8 pick that we traded away to Miami?top 8 pick most likely
Yep. Best case they finish in the 10-15 range.top 8 pick most likely
what really was disappointing was rudolph. I know the 49'ers can bring heat. But even when he had ample time, he just was off. Like not even closeYep. Best case they finish in the 10-15 range.
I think Pittsburgh still has too much talent to finish in the bottom 5-10 teams in the league..... That said, was it irresponsible to trade a 1st round pick to Miami in a year where you are playing with an unknown at QB and have already dropped your first two? I mean, if that's a top 10 pick, it's a bad deal, right?
Yep. It's a coin flip for the Steelers in the 1st round!Maybe it's a blessing in disguise we don't have a 1st round pick. We suck at drafting in the first round lately anyway aside from Bush, Watt and Shazier. First time since 67 that we won't have a first round pick.
Add Dupree's $9m cap hit that SHOULD be gone next season... Worst case they resign Dupree for mid-tier and his cap hit still gets reduced. Hoping they just let some other team overpay.Yep, best case scenario we end up at 8-8 or something.
We do have ABs dead cap space coming off after the season, so at least we shouldnt be cap screwed to boot.
Yep. It's a coin flip for the Steelers in the 1st round!

7/13 drafts under Tomlin were good players. 54% success rate lol.
Fits the narrative better.I said lately, as in the last 6-7 years, not his entire career.
