Here is what USA Today received - a copy of the actual offer from the NBA (from Adam Silver) to the Union (Billy Hunter). While this is dated November 11, it is actually the updated offer from the end of the week (Thursday, 11/14).

Obviously it's much better for the owners (worse for the players) than the 2005 CBA, but it does not have some of the "poison" clauses that had been suggested through the media (e.g. players being sent to the D-League get a huge salary cut).
I hope the players get a copy of it, read it, realize they make a ton of money, and sign it. Get it done.
