Flacco has won a SB, and was the big reason they won it. His talent has never been a question from my standpoint, but it's never been Joe's team imo. The DEF ran that whole squad...Joe is just not wired like most leaders. Manning was not a rah, rah, guy, but make no mistake, Manning was THE guy on his teams. Even when he sucked LY, the players all still looked up to him.
I think the Ravens believe in Flacco, but outwardly he seems more like an introvert...a little unusual for a QB...Lewis chose the wrong way to say it imo, but I understand where he's coming from.
