Ravens declared RB RB Latavius Murray, TE Nick Boyle, RT Patrick Mekari, NT Brandon Williams, WR James Proche, OLB Jaylon Ferguson and DB Ar'Darius Washington inactive for Week 10 against the Dolphins.​

Although Ty'Son Williams is active, it will remain the Devonta Freeman and Le'Veon Bell show in the Ravens' backfield for what could be a rain-soaked game in Miami. Murray's Week 10 "doubtful" tag suggested he at least had an outside shot at suiting up, and will probably be ready to roll for Week 11 vs. Chicago.

Tua Tagovailoa (finger) will only be active as the Dolphins' emergency backup for Week 10 against the Ravens.​

For the second time in five days, Tagovailoa is healthy enough to come in and hand the ball off in the event of a Jacoby Brissett injury, but not healthy enough to start. It will be the second straight absence and fifth of the year for a sophomore — and team — in the midst of a lost season. We would assume Tagovailoa will finally be healthy enough to go Week 11 against the Jets, but we also assumed he would be healthy enough to start tonight after the Dolphins kept him active for Week 9. If Tagovailoa actually manages to play football 10 days from now, he will be a streaming option vs. Gang Green's horrid defense. Inactive for the Dolphins against the Ravens are DB Sheldrick Redwine, DB Elijah Campbell, DE Darius Hodge, OT Greg Little and TE Hunter Long
