Okay, I had put up some stuff that was wrong and Harold helpfully pulled it. Trying again.

So with Big Ben, Brees and Romo down everybody took a big hit at QB - the hardest hit being Treff who lost 45 points at the position, with Ben ranked 3rd, Brees 5th, and Romo 7th accounting for most of it.

RB was generally on the upswing with Charles, AP and Bell turning it on, but Milk crushed it by picking up 45 points there (Foot was next at 33). In addition to being highest on Randle (along with Treff), Milk is the only one with all three of Mathews, Blount and Sims ranked, and they added 24 points for him.

Lots of good news on WR, everybody positive, led by Fuzzies (+42), Stomp (+41) and Joe (+40).

Milk had the biggest gain on the week, picking up 42 pts overall to move up 10 spots to a very close second to Bandit, who took over the top spot when Walter Football dropped the ball (and 13 points). Sam was the biggest loser on the week, dropping 23 pts overall.

Results Through Week 4

Remember how Sam was the biggest loser last week? Naturally he's the biggest winner this week, picking up 31 points and 5 spots.

Well, biggest winner except for Alpha Boy, who somehow picked up 70 points - getting big boosts from his #4 WR Tavon Austin and his #2 and #4 QBs Bradford and Brees ... Alpha Boy is even higher on Tavon Austin than Foot is, maybe that explains why Alpha Boy is once again ahead of Foot at WR.

I'll point out that yours truly has almost the same score at WR and RB - which qualifies as the best at WR but one of the worst at RB. Is this year really that unusual, or is WR that hard to predict, or is it just that a deeper pool at WR increases the possibility of stray guys making the list?

I'll also point out that the max possible score at RB is closing the gap on the max possible score for WR... so maybe the fantasy universe is coming back into alignment.

Screen%20Shot%202015-10-06%20at%2010.49.35%20AM_zps0g3ih7vt.png

We're all behind both CBS guys at QB. This is not good.

Milk is still doing extremely well at RB, but has company with Bunkamania, who is also now within lassoing distance of the top spot overall.

And our new leader is Trudem by a whisker ahead of Bandit, having picked up 18.6 to Bandit's 15.4. No individual ranking jumps out; it's just a cumulative effect. Milk, who had a brief breath of the upper atmosphere following his huge pickup last week, has fallen off the pace with an ordinary performance this week.

So let's talk about QBs. Everybody took a beating; some worse than others. Last week both the CBS guys were on top, and suddenly they're at #5 and #13.

And it's not really true that EVERYBODY took a beating. Stomp made a little headway and Alpha Boy (with his astute high rankings of Bortles, Bradford, Brady, Cutler, Dalton and Flacco) made a big jump. He's now tickling TKO's heels. (Don't let him get you, TKO!)

Milk and Bunkamania are still killing it at RB.

Bandit has regained the 2-point lead over Trudem he enjoyed two weeks ago, while Bunkamania continues to close in on both of them.

Big winner this week is Joe, picking up five spots.

Overall, I'm a notch below the ESPN idiots. You have no idea how demoralizing that is. Hate those guys.

Results Through Week 6

Bandit had a great week! Leading coming into the week, he piled on FORTY more points to jump from 530.30 to 570.47!

Which earned him a drop from first to fifth.

Everybody went crazy this week, with the least successful being a certain Rankings Game reporter, who picked up a measly 30.47, and the most successful being Average Draft Position Joe, who picked up 69.07 to move up another three positions and almost tie ADP. (And happily leave those despised ESPN guys behind.)

Our new leader is BUNKAMANIA, who picked up 60 points to vault over Bandit and Trudem... but so did WalterFootball for second (an expert actually looking like an expert!).

Screen%20Shot%202015-10-20%20at%204.52.42%20PM_zpsetrjfeoj.png

Interestingly Alpha Boy is somewhat competitive in all three categories. Last year he was predictably awful at QB but not that bad at RB. This year he's almost catching me at QB... damn Bortles.

A detailed view of RB picks through Week 6 (the -1 under weeks is because I'm accounting for the bye when calculating Points Per Week).

As a reminder, points are a player's actual Points Per Week minus the difference between that and the PPW of the player at the ranking given.

Best RB picks so far:

Trudem's Forte at #4 for 13.60
Forte's 14.00 minus 0.40, which is the difference between him and the real #4, Martin (who has 13.60)

Fuzzy and CBS's Dave Richard with AP #5 for 13.20
AP's 13.20 minus zero because he's ranked in the right place
CBS's Jamey Eisenberg with Forte at #5, also at 13.20
Forte's 14.00 minus .80 because the real #5 is AP with 13.20

Worst RB picks so far:

Stomp's Lynch at #1 for -12.50
(Lynch's 5.00 PPW minus a whopping 17.50, because the actual #1 Freeman has a crazy 22.50 PPW)

Foot's Jonas Gray at #2 for -11.80
(Gray's at 1.40, and the actual #2 Ivory is at 14.60)

ESPN and WalterFootball with Lacy at #1 for -10.83
(Lacy's 5.83 minus 16.67 because Freeman's at 22.50)

Everybody's #1-ranked RB will do better if/when Freeman comes back to earth from his crazy 360-point pace. If Freeman were to put up a zero next week, everybody would get a 3-point boost.

You're pretty close, though. Since Alpha Boy doesn't really count and you had him at 23 you deserve plenty of credit. Treff's the only other one to even have him in the 20s, and half of us didn't have him at all.

Im so frustrated. In one of my dynasty leagues I got in a pinch and had to trade him in week 1. Definitely my biggest mistake this year.

Even though I lost the #1 RB this year I got Decker, Eifert and Hillman in the deal.

Crazy-ness...I liked him to hold of Coleman, but never thought the winner if that battle would ever be anything more than a low end #2

I offered him to anyone and everyone in the MBBRL dynasty, no one would even sniff him. ..now I don't think I'd trade him for much of anything

If you recall I tried before the season started but we couldnt agree on a deal, likely because a 1 for 1 at that point was tough.

Yeah I was asking for, what at the time seemed like a but more than a committee back in the Falcons would be worth. Glad we didn't work that one out

I'm embarrassed with my list(s).

Especially with my Dalton and Peyton picks. Severe case of not trusting my gut.

And Gray. And Stewart. And Hill.... etc. Examples of trusting my gut! LOL

Good thing Dion Lewis didn't make his way into Alpha Boy's lineup. We'd be screwed!
