That's just a tad over 7 drafted every year. Of course some get moved to other positions but still a good amount taken in the draft.

Not much at all. Actually it tells you nothing. About 240 picks and a meager 7 Center. That’s like 2% of the draft yet they account for 5% of a starting team. You’d think if it was so important there would be a lot more drafted. Thanks for proving my point.

That there are at least twice as many guards and tackles, drafted, and playing. There isnt 2 centers on the field.

Yeah so almost triple the amount of tackles yet you only need double the amount to start. More then twice as
many guards drafted but there are only twice as many guards. That proved nothing but make my point stronger.

2 tackles 1 Center. So why are they drafted at higher then a 3 to 1 rate and I’d love to see a break down of tackles to Centers taken in the 1st round. I bet it’s 10 to 1

Did I say starting? No i didnt. I said there are just more of them. That would alos mean there is more need for them, and I would bet that more tackles get injured due to facing the most ferocious athletes on the field in DE.
