the Beltre thing scares me a little because he usually would just play through his annual quad injury so I'm just hoping with fingers crossed they are taking advantage of the schedule to get him a couple days off is all.

Yeah I don't know. On one hand I can see them just playing it extra cautious this early in the season. Especially with an off day tomorrow and the Astros coming up.

On the other, hand I can see what you're saying.

Like the idea of KK in the lineup... still not Beltre but he did have a good ST and was deserving of a roster spot. Not to excited about his glove out there but defense hasn't exactly been our strong point this season anyway. Hopefully Beltre can make it back soon.

I had a feeling KK was being called up because he did not play the 2nd game of the DH. There is going to be a lot of moves going on with Lewis ready to come back and then Harrison.

Get well soon Beltre.... The lineup looks tolerable with him in it, even with Soto and Profar already out. Remove Beltre and this lineup looks like shit. Pitchers might have an easy time until Beltre gets back.

I kinda expected the bottom of the order to be easy outs, but give them credit they've played admirably.
