I keep thinking maybe they bring back Martin slowly and he is a LH out of the pen or something

I'd rather they keep him in the minors till he's back to full speed.

Better to learn that lesson now DDJ than when the game is on the line.

If he doesn't, they need to piss test him. I watched him play for enough time to know a normal nelly doesn't keep up this level of production for that long.

He is on that new shit they cant detect yet

I'm telling ya, we all watched him at his best, and he's not this good for 162 games.

Good work, Nick. Don't even think about those homers. You did your job.

whew. Did not want Claudio coming in with men on.

With a 15-2 lead they could've put you out there for all I care. Good time to get him some work next inning IMO.

As a Ranger he ALWAYS had the 2 week slump, a couple times a season, where he would strikeout like 40 times it seemed

Yeah. Ball was hit too slow, and he's too fast.

I'm mostly a flyball pitcher.

Just saw this mentioned on Bleacher Report: Big Prince has as many HR's in the last 24 hours as he did in 2014 total.

2 weeks might have been the median of it. I swear I've seen him be so hot he put us on his shoulders for 3 weeks, and then strike out three times a game for 3 weeks. I love nelly, but I'm not convinced he's not been juicing the last two seasons. Hell, I'm not convinced he didn't juice with the Rangers other than that one time he got caught.

Looks like the hitter we all hoped we were getting. Every "analyst" in the world has talked about how JD got the short end of that trade after Ian turned in a slightly above average season for Detroit last year. I knew if Prince could come back healthy he'd make them all look like fools.

I sure like watching him blast homers when he's hot, not against us that is, but that 483 foot jack in Anaheim a few years ago was a beauty

I'll always remember him basically putting us on his back in the 2011 ALCS against Detroit.

Carried the offense and that throw to nail Miggy (I think it was) at the plate. He pretty much won us that game
