Naw....it's not ideal, but it's not a "rule breaker" IMO.

True.....but there's so many ways to make sure that doesn't happen.

And wasn't it the # 3 hitter? Old "what's his name?" He's sure capable of making it a 2 run game.

Desmond was a SS, while Rua was a MINF, and neither one of em had any experience in the OF, and yet, here we are. Frankly, I'd just as soon have Desmond in CF tonight (most other nights too) than DDJ if truth be told.

So why not get Rua some time CF? What's a couple of games?

Well, according to our manager, we lack speed "Big Time" in RF. Yet, he gets to balls our normal RF can't get too.

Frankly, smart, heady, chemistry plays well in the OF.

We know this, Rua plays hard, seems smart, has a great arm, and therefore, "why not give this a chance?"

It may have been decided in the minors he wasn't best suited for CF. I don't know that but it's my best guess. If not give it a shot. He has every thing else to help the club.
