Owen White pitched what qualifies as a quality start tonight. His last 3 starts for Round Rock have all been good to decent. He looked so bad in ST and in his stint here that he is going to have to put up great numbers in AAA to get any recognition or respect, but maybe he is at least starting to figure out AAA. We will know in 5 or 6 more starts, I guess. Him and Leiter need to wear out AAA hitters for a lot of the rest of the year.

I was just thinking the other night what has happened to his power. Glad to see this myself. I think he is a good player to have around for various positions. We have already seen what kind of arm he has.

Garabito os not really a prospect any longer. He has bounced around since 2013. We are his third organization. He has had good numbers this year, but then he is only 3 months from turning 29 years old.

I would have liked for him to be pitching up here tomorrow. I guess they are pretty adamant about not promoting a pitcher from AA.

I guess if we trade away some pitching at the deadline, he could come up then, but I think we would see him promoted to AAA soon, if that is going to happen.
