After watching the game tonight, I still can't believe how dumb the Rooster is with the Rua situation. Think about all those ABs he could've got that were wasted on Hoying.

DFA Claudio right now. Bring up any pitcher from Round Rock or even Frisco and he'll be better than that bag of dog shit Claudio.
I would actually rather have LuJac than Claudio. I know he stinks at times as well but I just like his stuff better.

Somebody is going to get shafted when Beltre returns because Banister is not going to take Fielder out of the lineup.

Cut MM lose for relief pitching at ASG. That opens up a position for Rua or whoever. No answer for Fielder. That is JD's albatross. Any thoughts?

Dumbest manager in baseball, no doubt about it.

Fire his ass today and let's go get Tim Bogar. He's still available since no one else has even given him a managerial interview since leaving here.

Wow. Tap the brakes a bit there, sport.

I think there's sarcasm in his post.... i think...... (i hope)

Reading it again, I think I detect it as well. Apparently my sarcasm meter isn't working that well this morning.

Hoying had 25 PA. Ryan is getting plenty of playing time. He will start vs every LHP I would imagine and his OPS vs RHP is .713 compared to his OPS vs LHP of 1.129. Ryan can and will be a fantastic 4C platoon bat for us going forward. Throwing him out there vs every RHP isn't a good idea.

I really like this catcher we have...his name is Chirholason. The guy plays everyday and usually does a good job both defensively and offensively.

Tag making a good point running hard to 1st

Is this the play where Desmond almost beat out a potential DP?

I like Grieve's comment, "not naming any names, but there's a team out there with 3 or 4 guys that wouldn't run that out" IMO I took it as a back handed shot at the Blue Jays, did anyone else pick up on that

**Sorry about my tardiness, I didn't feel like opening up my laptop last night, and I'm going back through the messages now**

Hadn't heard anything about that IFer turned catcher since ST, you're slacking saddles,

But congrats to him for transitioning to catcher successfully.... even if it was only 10 games so far

1 passed ball and threw out 43% of base stealers

No idea why our overworked closer was used in a game we were leading 7-1 at one point.

Bush could have gone two.

Going to Claudio wasn't the wrong call. A major league pitcher should be able to get 3 outs without giving up 6 runs. Claudio had nothing last night.

People are already worried about Bush's workload and you wanted him to pitch 2 innings?
