It is beyond words that they couldn't see this in spring training. The guy was in a groove. Why they didn't send him to Round Rock as part of the rotation and instead put him in the pen is just ridiculous. There are things this front office has done that it's like their heads are in the sand and that includes not resigning Matt Moore. If you are going all in then go all in.

Massive failure for the Rangers front office regarding Cole Ragans. Unforgivable really. But this is where they get their awful rep around the league regarding pitching development. I can't believe they blew it so badly with him. Tremendous loss. But who's accountable?
