He has improved defensively and that was a really nice play and saved a run for sure

He walked twice because the Red Sox are walking a ton of batters tonight. Delino is who he is with the bat, even if he has been better since coming back up. Anyone not named Mathis would have been an upgrade there

6 runs..... normally these failures wouldn’t matter, but Sampson picked a really bad game to suck. This game would be huge from a momentum perspective. It would make a dent in the “we suck on the road narrative” and send a message to the Red Sox that we’re going to fight.

I haven’t been optimistic since price left the game tho. Don’t have a good feeling.

I like most of what Woody does but that and not getting guys work in the BP for long periods, is really my only issue with him so far. How many day has it been since Kelley has worked?
