I can't believe we won that game after they tied it up. We had the perfect recipe for success with Minor keeping us close against a TORP and then going ahead against the BP. But Kelley has not been sharp lately. Chavez struggled today but he has not been scored upon in a long time. I say give it to him. And Martin was a rock tonight.

santana deserves to be on the team in some capacity. I know the rangers have a hard on for odor, but if they DFA Santana they’re making a huge mistake.

Chris Sale is as nasty as they come, he was on tonight, and Santana got 2 of our 3 hits against him.

Something says we won't be sellers if we keep playing like this. Still early but can't see JD trading a pitcher like Minor unless we completely fall off the wagon. Winning without Gallo too.

Kelley has been shaky ever since he came back. Chavez has not given up a run since April 30th. That is like 23 appearances and around 24 innings. And that was his first really shaky outing in that time period. A lot of us were so-so about Martin in the beginning but other than a 3 game stretch from May 17-20 where he gave up 5 runs in 3 innings and in his very 1st appearance where he gave up 2 runs he has given up just 3 runs in all his remaining appearances this season.

I just don’t know how you could trade the guy. He’s the ace we’ve been searching for.
