We don't have an announcer worth spit.
Correction -- we have 2. But they both are on the radio.

Both Texas teams were 1-hit shutout last night.

Unlike Monte Walsh. Lot of hard hit balls again but all found a glove. Martin escaped certain implosion . Bases loaded twice and some how managed to give up only 3 runs. He kept us in the game long enough but the bats stayed silent. Bad game that sucked.A good night, not to remember.

I like Sandler and the job he does on the postgame show. I just wish someone would stay in that position longer. I think we have had about 4 or 5 different guys doing that job in the last decade or less.SandlerJ has done a good job spot starting for Nadel too. Does a good post game show and responsive to public. Young up and coming IMO
Before TV it was very important since they were your eyes as well as ears. Now I pay little attention to them with TV and pay more attention to the game drawing my own conclusions and opinions.SandlerJ has done a good job spot starting for Nadel too. Does anyone know why ATL-CHC is a day game today?
Last game of series maybe?Does anyone know why ATL-CHC is a day game today?
Last day of series maybe?
Just checked their schedule. As you know, two more day games. On a Friday?
Edit - Nope, normal weekend series for them.
Edit 2 - "One of the reasons for the 3:05 Friday starts is that the Cubs are prohibited by ordinance from playing Friday night games. That's something the city really should relent on; with the number of night games pushing 40 per season, a handful of Friday night games -- particularly coming off road trips -- would help everyone."
Now that's crazy. Never knew that.
