I remember a broadcast that ESPN was doing of a tigers game and all of the commentators were trying to explain why Miggy was just so damn good, and John Kruk finally says, "Let's just say he's just better than every body else and leave it at that."

What's amazing about the guy is even though he's a power hitter, he doesn't get fooled going for the deep ball all that often. He's never locked in on one pitch. He'll take a single up the middle, he doesn't care. I've got to look at his numbers, but I'm surely thinking he has a chance to go down as the greatest hitter in baseball.
