Yes and no. His job, IMO, when no one is on base, is to drive the ball and put us in a scoring position.

When he hits a single with no one on, he's such a liability on the paths, it doesn't accomplish so much really.

At least his velocity is good, and his movement (at times) has been OK too.

But his location hasn't been great. Like you said..........

Has everyone given up on him?

I have not stats or research to back this opinion up with, but I feel, if a pitcher comes back and has velocity and movement, then location is the easiest of the tools to regain.

Nope. As winding says, you need 10 ML ready pitchers at the start of the season.

I think we've gotta put more pressure on the guys doing the running myself. Coaches can't tackle em after all.

The Rangers collective baseball IQ is really nothing to brag about.
