DK Metcalf demands trade as Tyler Lockett released in shocking Seahawks upheaval
The Seahawks’ receiving room is receiving a makeover.

Yeah....often what players will bring back in a deal is exaggerated and they go for much less but that is kooky talk.
That can work if you have young drafted talent around them that’s inexpensive. Seems like that’s what they lack. I think that Higgins may have been franchised again with the goal of trading him. Time will tell.it's hard for me to understand how Cincy thinks paying the QB and two WR'ers over 120M towards the cap is building a contender.

Isn’t the cap like 8 billion dollars now?it's hard for me to understand how Cincy thinks paying the QB and two WR'ers over 120M towards the cap is building a contender.
for the teams that understand how to maneuver around the cap. Dallas and Cincy seem lost.Isn’t the cap like 8 billion dollars now?
The Bengals had the worst team in football when they drafted Burrow. They then patched everything up with FA moves after striking gold in the pass game. They almost got too good too quickly and didn't properly develop the trenches. That can work if you have young drafted talent around them that’s inexpensive. Seems like that’s what they lack.
Don’t wish that on the Redskins! The Bengals had the worst team in football when they drafted Burrow. They then patched everything up with FA moves after striking gold in the pass game. They almost got too good too quickly and didn't properly develop the trenches.
I wonder if Washington will fall into the same pattern.
Teams like the Texans, Bears and Patriots have had a proper tank around their young Qbs and might be able to build something more lasting
Does this really need to be a "report"?
I mean, the Browns knew this as Myles expressed his request at their exit meeting (which likely Haslam attended). Maybe the Browns are not willing to play this out in the media with Myles wanting to make a spectacle of himself? IF ownership trusts their FO don't we want them to let the FO do their job?
I can’t wrap my head around why a team would want to keep a player that doesn’t want to be there. Fine. Go. I have too much pride to mess with that shit. You want to leave then I’m trading you.
If you don't trade him, you'll see him back by mid November so he doesn't lose out on a year of eligibility.I mean, the Browns knew this as Myles expressed his request at their exit meeting (which likely Haslam attended). would it hurt to meet with him if he wanted? I guess not...but this is a nonstory. They will trade him or they wont and if the latter Myles can play or retire/quit.
