A week ago there were articles abounding indicating the Rams were not going to experience coaching poaching this year. Now everyone is leaving at a rapid rate. This shit has got to be regulated somehow.
Nobody has lost as many coaches as the Rams have the last five years. Rams aren't getting compensated enough

I agree Battlelyon. Who recently got draft picks for a minority coach that left? Somebody (I forget who) was awarded compensatory picks for a minority coach who left. The problem with the Rams is we have quite of few non-minority coaches who when they leave results in 0 compensatory picks. Now if Aubrey Pleasant leaves, we will see several compensatory picks potentially 3 or 4 in rounds 3 through 7. Since we have no 7th Rounder, that would help. The Rams are getting better at finding diamonds in the UDFA realm so, that is always in the background.

Hope it works out for you, i expect you to get better,
I think he will change the culture and get us headed in the right direction.

I don't think he forgot how to coach, think it was just time for him and the Seahawks to part ways.

After reading several articles indicating the Rams would not be losing any coaches this year, the floodgates have literally been opened. We are up to five losses and potential losses. Now that Pete Carroll has been hired hired by the Raidas, the rumors of Chris Shula going there as a HC candidate have died away about as fast as they appeared. That is good news. The other coaches that have left and are about to leave could affect our offense which is the last thing the Rams need.

DJ,

I'm sure you've been asked before already but I mean, I guess you expect this question.

You think Russ & Carroll reunite? First, I like AOC it doesn't seem like he was properly developed with the coaching carousel that has been the last 3 seasons. You would know more than anyone else here. I'm not sure about a reunion given how things ended in Seattle but if Russ is not a Steeler in 2025, not sure where else he goes. And if not AOC or Minshew, who is your QB?

I recently heard RW saying some nice things on Pat McAfee about Carroll.....and when Carroll was hired I started thinking about that. AOC prolly best suited to being a good backup to have. As a starter I am thinking he would just be League average. I like him a lot but don't think he would be much better than that.

The Raiders plan to release Minshew to save 6.3 mill towards the cap I think and have even more cap space to spend in FA.

The OL regressed this past season even with promising rookie JPJ. We need to improve it, especially if we get Russ since he cannot move like he used to. And AOC isn't that mobile so it's a definite need.

Hell, I would take whatever QB Pitt doesn't keep.

Fields helps the running game and if Carroll hires a good OC (that's his biggest decision right now)I think Fields could be developed. The Bears were a fucked up place when he was there.
