Flippin, Spagnuoli is back in the news and some douchebag with money thinks this guy is a viable HC material. LOL! Good luck, Jaguars, Raidas, and whoever else is dumb enough to interview this dufus.

Interesting read and the Jim Tyrer story is def a good one as I remember that event that took place many years ago. Maxie Baughan, a nine-time Pro Bowl linebacker in the 1960s, who played with the Rams Defense under HC George Allen that had such good players as the Fearsome Foursome, Jack Pardee, Les Richter, Irv Cross, Myron Pottios, and Marlin McKeever is a candidate for the HOF I believe this coming year class. See for yourselves.

Rams spent 39.5 million on defense this year, lowest in.the NFL. Second lowest was the Panthers at 66.7 million.

Doesn’t include Spreights, Karty and Evans. Top notch drafting is how you build a contender.

I think Whittington has a chance to make a name for himself as the Rams transition away from Kupp, could soon add his name to that list.

Since the departure of Holmes to Detroit, the Rams Scouting Department has gotten much improved. I know there have been a number of changes in Scouts and Snead now has a larger tech-savy and analyses staff to seek out talent in the Draft. Whoever is responsible for finding the above players should be retained and hidden so he or she or whomever doesn't leave. Snead needs help with FAs though because his record is quite atrocious over the past several years.

And to think the Rams were blasted for their trade for Fiske.

Looks like a steal at this point.

Rams likely have 2 of the top 3 players for DROY voting.

It was an overpay to move to that slot, but his play has certainly quieted that talk. It may revive a bit as we get to draft season and the Rams are without a 2nd rounder though. So far they have a 1, 3, 4, and 3 6s. With all their success in the 5th in recent years, that's a little disappointing lol.

Maybe an overpay for the “slot”, but not for the player they got.

And watching Behind the Grind, pairing Verse and Fiske was their plan once they couldn’t move up in the 1st.

All the better that they transitioned from F those picks to building through the draft.
Indeed. I think Snead and McVay now see the efficacy in keeping their First and Second Round picks with the acquistion picks of Verse and Fiske. Perhaps going forward, they won't be so willie-nille with that mind set and protect those picks and go after the Blue-Chip talent that can reside in those Two Rounds.

I'd like to give them credit for making the strategy change, but it was at least part forced due to their cap situation.

Well maybe we can get Spagnuoli to replace him if he leaves! lol. RaheemShitferBrains did improve the Falcons a bit but was basically middle of the road this year. Maybe Year 2 will be better for him.

Hopefully Shula will not leave even though the Defense still has problems with Sieve Mode. This also might be some journojock conjuring a story for whoever he or she writes for these days.

This is a bullshit article by the owner of TurfshowTimes who is a Seahags fan. If the Rams are looking for a developmental project in a QB, they would be better served drafting Penn State's Allar at the Qb spot.

I think the Rams will do what they have to to counteract the cold in Philadelphia.
