I know it's just preseason but Cam Akers played well in the Bears vs Texans game the other night. He only had 5 carries for 13 yards running the ball but he caught 2 passes for 18 yards, including a TD.

Holt should’ve already made it.

His numbers are better than Johnson who just got in. Similar yardage, more TD’s on less receptions and yet Johnson made it over Holt.

Apparently, Havenstein is going to be out for awhile. Thus, Warren McClendon, Joe Noteboom, and Zach Thomas could be competing to be L.A.’s Week 1 starting right tackle against the Detroit Lions. I really think the Rams should bring in Cam Fleming and cut Thomas whose experiment is over with the Rams.
