New rumors are swirling that the Rams are now interested in trading for the Colts Jonathan Taylor but they will not give up a Number One this time. Also, Taylor would have to agree to postpone his desire for a big payday until possibly next season. We shall see on this one.

That would be stupid.

Taylor is becoming injury prone. He has a ton on mileage on his body from college/pros.

And he wants a big payday. We cannot have Gurley 2.0

Just say “no” Rams. Bring Zack Evans off PS and have him back up Williams. Forget Rivers, he’s not worth keeping.

BTW, I have a hard time believing the Rams didn’t turn down a better offer last season than what they just took for Akers.

Akers and a conditional 7th round pick for a conditional 6th round pick 3 freaking years from now.

This is how bad FO’s operate. Consistently giving out bad contracts and giving up valuable picks for player ( whether traded or drafted ), only to either release said player or trade them for peanuts.

The ShitferBrains twins have been doing this crap dating back to moving Brockers for next to nothing two years away. They have cut so many players eating so much dead money, they don't think twice. Meanwhile a guy like John Lynch seldom does this because the Niners seldom give out early big contracts and they find talented players that are all in. Not the ShitferBrains twins. We got some small cap relief with moving Akers but we still need D-line help, LB help, and now RB help.

BTW, will Retro and some of the other long time Rams fans even be around to see that 6th rounder be used?

All joking aside, that is just a pathetic trade.

Saw someone post: Snead lives by the motto “ Les is more”- how true that is when it comes to Rams trading away players.

I will honestly be glad when the Rams fire this guy... but as long as the tweedle dee and tweedle Dumb are hitched together that won't change any time soon.

Well, the problem will continue because the owner, the Limp Biscuit, allows it to continue. Kind of conundrum of sorts. Kroneke has multiple championships in other sports franchises he owns like NHL hockey and his Soccer team, yet he has two championships to his name with the Rams but he could have more if he took a closer look. But apparently he doesn't mind what the twin dumbasses continue to do. Yet we have been beaten by the Niners 9-straight in the regular season with no end in sight and the Biscuit seems to be satisfied with how these two conduct business on a daily basis. Oh well!

Another unmitigated disaster by McShitferBrains and dumbass Morris essentially destroying a player's career. Hoecht was pretty good at DT and these two dumbasses moved him to Edge where he just is out of sorts. The Niners don't do this stupid shit but the two dumbasses we have often do.

Yep, now we really do have a, one, one-a punch at WR and somebody else is going to be trade bait.
If they only got a conditional 6th for Akers and a conditional 7th, then Jefferson has zero trade value.

Sad because 2 seasons ago he was almost a 1000 yard receiver. I don’t know how you lose your mojo so quickly, especially being a receivers coach’s son.

I don't either. Hoecht is experiencing the same thing after being moved from his natural, productive position of DT to his present fish-out-of-water EDGE position!!

Except Jefferson hasn’t changed positions, so there really is no excuse for his regression.

Same playbook essentially since his rookie season, and it’s like he’s forgotten how to run routes to get open.

the only route he will be running is the quick out to the door that he will be shown if he don't start producing.

Teams knew they wanted him gone and would cut him if necessary. Rams got whatever they could in terms of an asset. Not much, but it's better than nothing.

I'll never get the hate for McVay. He took a floundering team with a wet noodle at QB and quickly turned them into a Super Bowl contender, then got his QB and won a Super Bowl.

Injury doesn't help, and neither does getting bumped down the depth chart (and targets chart) by Puka (and the emergence of Tutu).

Jefferson's excellence came with defenses focusing on Kupp and Woods/Odell. Anxious to see how a Kupp/Nacua/Atwell corps looks and works.

Better win on Sunday or we may be seeing a repeat of last season. If that happens and McVay loses control of this team we will be hearing calls for a new coach. And that would be sad because McVay is a good coach but when the national spot light is on him in a prime time game like Sunday night he gets too clever by half.
He could have lost his QB in that game.

You can have all the RB's you want, but if you have a HC calling the offense who blatantly abandons the run for whatever idiotic reason, the issue becomes pointless and moot!
