Yes, it might have been classy and all but seriously. Ya want to do snooperbowls and win them and all and maybe be considered among the greats? Then ya have to demonstrate grit like them. Oh you will pay a heavy price like most of them did. Otherwise, work on your weaknesses like your inability to get the right players and take your year off and come back better. Essentially the Rams are going in the direction of say a Jeff Gordon-Hendricks Motorsports direction of a lifetime contract scenario.

Good news is, he didn’t take the year off.

In fact, it took him all of 3 days to make his decision, so maybe he has figured some things out.

But looking at the roster, and hearing the rumors they are looking at WR’s in the draft when their are more pressing issues on the roster, this is going to be another long year for him ( and for us fans ).

The shitferbrains twins just cannot get past their obsession with WRs and secondary players overlooking O and D-lineman, Backers, TEs, and a QB they desperately need. It is simply maddening.

Here is a list of guys that we could take with our Second and Third Rounders. Everyone of these guys are blue-chippers or close to it. Twenty-One players in all.

Lost in all of the hubub and noise about all sorts of chicken-little, fear-based stories, we still have some good young talent that has slid under the radar like QB Case Cookus, who is probably going to be the back-up this year, Keir Thomas, OLB, EDGE, Larrell Murchison, who came out of nowhere and had some really great games on the EDGE, Lance McCutcheon, who we all thought was going to be a regular at WR, and Bobby Brown III who has become the new A-Rob on the D-Line. So, if we have a really good draft, I think we will be in decent shape for 2023.

Allen Robinson is having a physical by the Steelers. Guess a trade is coming and we can get that contract off our books.

Rams are expected to eat some of that salary (more than the $5M of his $15M that is already paid). Sure, I just finished a mock and now have another need to fill, lol.

Probably so, but they are likely more interested in the 2024 cap space it opens.

Absolutely. Will need to add a WR to the roster via FA or draft this year though. Curious to see what pick they get in return. A 4th would be nice to break that gap in the draft.

OTAs are underway, the draft is nine days away, and yet the Rams’ only QB currently under contract is Matthew Stafford while the team also currently does not have a kicker, punter nor long snapper on its roster.</p>&mdash; Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter)

do we just refuse to field a team or we just going to fill everything in the draft???

Rams get a 2023 an earlier 7th rounder and give the Stiller's a later 2023 7th rounder. The Rams pay $10 mil of the contract. Once again, the shitfirbrains twins giving players away for dirt and hose the Rams in the process. What the hell is wrong with these two dumbasses??!!

I just do not understand the shitfirbrains twins' reasoning. Obviously they really are a motivated bunch and want to move Robinson but giving the Stiller's all those goodies just to move the guy is beyond me. I suppose they will save the Rams some cap space but why would you not start with a 6th rounder? Then they shoulder the larger portion of the contract monies. These two are forever giving players away for next to nothing and none of it makes any sense. What the eff did ya sign the guy for all that money in the first place when two teams already saw Robinson was dogshit from the getgo??!!

O.K. I finally got the facts straight. Some of these sports pundits get screwed-up because they want to be the writer who gets the story out first or whatever and then I parrot this stuff and look like a damn idiot! The Rams are trading their 7th rounder, pick 251 and Allen Robinson to the Stillers for the Stillers' 7th rounder, pick 234. The Rams eat $10.25 million of Robinson's contract while the Stillers pay $5.0 million. Again, the shiferbrains twins should have started with a 6th rounder but they capitulated and gave the Stillers some goodies to get rid of Robinson's contract, the one they gave this guy to begin with. Our dead money for the 2023 season has now ballooned to $74 million. And because the Limp Bisket has no balls, he continues to let these two shitfirbrains jackasses and that idiot Kevin Demoff throw away money like an atmospheric river!!

Rams had already paid the signing bonus portion, so it basically came down to how much of the remaining $10M each team would pay. They split it down the middle.

I think you've got the 7th rounders flipped? The Rams are sending #251 to Pittsburgh and getting #234 back.

Edit: You've got it straight now.

Of course, this does almost encourage McVay/Snead to go WR in the 2nd round, for better or worse.

If nothing else, the vast number of needs allows them to almost completely go BPA throughout the draft.

Exactly shopson. Mcshiftfirbrains can't ween himself away from taking a WR high up in the order. He just has to pick his favs like a WR or a TE before he picks some really good players on the O and D lines which his team now really needs badly!

Trading Robinson to Pitt and paying 10 mill of his 15 mill salary?

What are they getting back? LOL.

An earlier 7th rounder that was owned by Pissburgh and giving them our later 7th rounder and Robinson.
