I would have rather played the Bears at home than the Saints in NO.

I say that because I thought the Boys would have had a better chance of knocking off the Saints than the Eagles, and if somehow the Eagles win, it would be by some sort of weird fate that they are destined to return to the Super Bowl led by former Ram Nick Foles.

Oh, well the stage for next week is set, I like our chance vs them Cowboys but it's one game at a time, and winning a post season game is McVay's next big hurdle as an NFL HC.

Didn't really quit on his team. He skipped practices, then showed up on game day expecting to play. Team sat him on principle.

Guessing the team rules were pretty clear so really showing up expecting to play was him putting himself above the team. For that reason, I have to agree with Jermaine, he quit on his team. Just like that guy above, because he too knew the consequences prior to skipping practice.

How so?

They both missed practice and were called out in one way or another.

• AB sat out practices, and missed a game after the team decided to invoke team rules because of a lack of commitment to the team.
• LB pointed the finger after being eliminated from the playoffs, blaming AI's missed practices as a lack of commitment to the team.

Basically, both clubs leadership felt each of those players actions were selfish by missing practice(s), whether you agree or not, and one form or another type of action followed.
