The reason I'm not focused on it is because it's just not gonna happen.

So I'm focused on what CAN happen. Grow a fucking pair and force Bo to make the changes necessary.

I get it and I agree that I don't believe anything will happen with Bo but what will changes anywhere but at the top fix?

Shatel wrote the writing is on the wall, but until the top donors are willing to pay and want change, then it won't happen. A short week to prepare for Iowa has me thinking bad week for us fans. Especially after the two week preparations this season.

I think Removing the head honcho sets back most programs 3 years or so.

Unless you're the rare like Auburn and get it turned around immediately.

The problems are below Bo, and because of that the problem IS Bo......yes, I know that. But force him to get rid of them then. Do something.

I think Bo knows that he needs to clean house, but the guy is too afraid to do it.

I understand Bo may call plays here and there on defense, but I don't think it's as often as people think. If you think about it, how often do you see him tearing shit-stain Papuchis apart on the sidelines after a shitty defensive meltdown? I see it all the time. It's probably because he's letting him call his own plays and he's fucking it up.

Maybe all Bo really needs to do is make a few changes, particularly on the defensive side. I can understand he's trying to establish a solid system and trying to eventually bring everyone to "standard".... But it's just not happening. Offensively, to be honest, I think Watson is "okay". However, I will say he played a huge part in this loss. I think it was the end of the 3rd or early in the 4th when he called a pass play on 2nd and 1 that resulted in a sack and a loss of 6 yards to make 3rd and 8. THAT, my friends, is where we lost the game. Watson needs to quit smoking crack and coach with some discipline instead of coaching like he's playing madden 2005. He's better than that.

I've always assumed it's because Poopchips is the one coaching practice. When Bo calls an alignment during a game he expects the players to be in proper position to execute. :noidea:

That is why I said the first place they should look is the state of Louisiana.

He is a Louisiana boy and makes over 1 million now so he can afford to be selective but that should still be the first phone call.

Nebraska should stay in Bogatory until he either wins less than 9 games or a real stud coach is out there.

I like the idea of the Wisconsin Whitewater coach. He already coaches in cold weather, seems to be able to recognize talent and coach it up. Can obviously win games. Can he do Division I talent? Who knows. But is he a stud?

Jim Tressel is available. Does he care about money? Does he want to coach again? Or is he happy making $300,000 and zero pressure?

Hopefully, the big money donors are forcing some decisions. Fire Papuchis, Beck, Cotton, and Els. Tell Bo he is the head coach, he can help with the defensive backs, but only the REAL coordinators can make the calls. By REAL I mean ones that are proven and can actually do it. Beck and Papuchis have proven then cannot do it. Beck is to in love with the pass. Papuchis/Pelini are completely clueless on stopping a run to the right in every game in every year.

How many times have you seen a brand new squeaky clean AD come in and send the big man home after 2 seasons, when the guy has managed 9-10 wins every one of his seasons?

In my opinion, Eichorst has to be scared as shit to make a move like that right now. You're telling other coaches out there, "hey, winning 10 games isn't good enough...... We just want to win the big ones and be Champions."

That is going to scare off a lot of dudes. That's why money won't buy coaches everywhere. It's gotta be an attracting gig, and this one isn't. Our fanbase is psycho and the perception of this place is if we don't win Championships then OFF WITH HIS FUCKING HEAD!
