would coach Els be pissed and leave over a demotion?

Joseph is a stud recruiter. say after this season Joseph gets promoted to recruiting coordinator and Els goes back to LBs/special teams...would Els be angry and leave?

I don't care if Els leaves. Would he leave? No. He's a lincoln guy. He's not going to get a better job anywhere else either. That said he's proven to be about as good of a coach as Raymond did so far..

im not so much concerned about losing Els as much as i really want to have consistency in the coaching staff for a few years. that being said, i really want Joseph as recruiting coordinated

I really don't think it's THAT big of a deal. It might be better for Joseph to focus on his area right now... (SEC country) It's a tough area to recruit (especially now that we're going into Georgia) and he is the man for the job. Probably wise not to spread him too thin.

I wish that Coach Mike Ekeler would come back to the Husker Nation

he was a great coach, leader, recruiter and man fer the D

I agree, pops.

He never should have left.

If we still had sanders and ek last season would have gone much better.

I'm not mad at ek, but I feel betrayed by Sanders.

my eye's started ta bleed after reading this plorst

Sometimes I wonder where he gets some of this stuff. Those fellers over at Red Sea Scrolls say some outlandish shit sometimes.

He's got a good point about not having your best recruiter be RC.

That's kinda what I was getting at... Not spreading him too thin.

He needs to focus on the southeast. That's big boy recruiting territory.

Like I said.. I think he is the man for the job.
