Im pretty damn straightforward on here dude. How bout you take what I actually say as what I mean. Dont credit BS to me just cuz some pissed off fans you heard at a game think RG3 should start. I literally tell you my opinions straight up all the time. No need to make up opinions for me.

You sort of sunk your own battleship on this post. You jumped in and assumed guilt. I really hope we are past the Griffin thing when discussing Cousins. From everything I have seen he hasn't been anything but a good teammate when they show him on the bench. I haven't agreed with all of your comments but that is neither here nor there. We don't all have to agree with each other. I don't remember you saying Griffin should start.[/QUOTE]

How so?

And yes I agree I hope we're past it too. We should find a way to ban any mention of him lol.

I look at it this way. Cousin's has grown as the year has gone on. So to give this some context from my point of view the first year Jason Campbell started I thought much the same thing I do now. He moved the ball between the 20s well. There were things to like. Sadly he never got better, he may have even regressed some. Now we have to see if he is Campbell or Trent Green/Joe Theismann. So I say what I have been saying all year .... we'll see what he ends up being. I am not sure that SM or Gruden are 100% sure. A possible contract is out of our hands. We can have an opinion but that is up to management and I am trusting in them to make the proper decision.

I literally agree with this 100%.

Why would Palmer take less money in case he does play the contract value? The Cardinals would have to give him that guaranteed no matter what. He may play the first two years at 16 mil per season with your suggested guaranteed but they would likely have to offset the underpay there with 22-24 mil for the last two.

The Bortles/Winston contracts don't line up with three and four year starters coming off their rookie contracts. KC is a one year starter and it has been bumpy. He is far less of a record and won't receive more than they do. KC will likely need to sign a show me contract like Foles.

Palmer...I'm thinking something closer to Ben's 3rd deal.

Maybe you didn't read the post on Cousins...I think he lines up more with Taylor in BUF...Bortles/Winston, agreed, they could be 100 mil 2nd yr deals, if recently history holds, but a long way off from 4 yr starters.
