QB next week

Personally, I think it was nerves. Big Game and TA knew it. It was his moment to shine or play like a redshirt freshman.

Now, if TA does it this week, after having gone through a pressure cooker, maybe he ain't got what it takes to be the QB. Which leaves Stanton and Darlington. Hopefully, the pressure is off just a bit and TA can play like TA can play. He was really good in high school.

I will admit, watching his deep throws drives me nuts. They look like ducks to me and it gives the defense time to get back to them. I am willing to give TA another week to act like he wants to be the starter and not a charity, by giving the ball away.

By the time TA graduates, we'll all be reminiscing about Martinez!

TA is averaging 25yds rush per/game, chalk that up to being a second year frosh or whatever you want but that's not real impressive, I'm not sold on Tommy being the hands down starter next year

Personally I give Pelini a pass on this one (except for the fact that Els is still listed as a coach today) but I am afraid in the long run we will end up at the same place anyway. Bo has got to put a team together that can compete from 00:01 to 60:00. So far he has been unable to.

I take exception to this. I'll be the first to admit I'm not that well versed in all the x's & o'x in game calling/planning/adjustments. But I can see patterns that by even the most casual college football observer would be deemed concerns especially after almost 6 full years as a head coach. And the patterns haven't improved much since Bo got here. RA has done a great job of listing/showing the litany of problems Bo & staff continue to make.

If you're a fan that's happy with 9 regular season wins fine, but that won't in general guarantee you conference championships, victories against ranked teams, decent bowl games, and ultimately it will even start to cost us good recruits.

I don't care what type of offense or defense we use so long as we stop the embarrassments on the national stage. And IMO this HC & his staff are not the ones to expect this from.

I'm sure there are fans like this at USC also, but look what happened when Bo kiffin, er I mean Lane Kiffin was fired during the season. His replacement leads them to many victories including one over a top five team almost immediately!!! WOOOOOOOOW!!!!

Do you see Bo leading Nebraska to a win over a top five team anytime in the future? I sure don't!

We better hope another QB materializes, otherwise our normal 4 loss seasons will be 5 or more losses in the next few years.

TA will start this Saturday and Bo will stick with him until midway through the 4th quarter after we get down by double digits. Kellogg will be thrown in there then.
