Carnes is not up to speed on the whole playbook and "D" recognition... <-- Wide gap I suspect he is referring too.

Talent wise.... TM is faster but other than that... I am not aware that Carnes could not be as good if not better than TM in short order (once he masters playbook and gets comfortable with recognition).

Coaches know we are very thin at LB, which is why I've been saying we will take 3 if not 4 LB's this year in recruiting, maybe even a Juco in there. #4 will be playing NFL next year
