How did Cousins look? im starting to think he has a shot to make the squad.

He was ok, but not great. He won't make the club.

ya I think cousins is, at best, a 4th line type guy. he didn't do anything yesterday to impress me. he'll be a phantom again this year I think.

I think playing Schenn and DZ as the top pairing was a test to see how they managed. Overall I thought that they did pretty good and should be fine as the third pairing. The leafs had a decent lineup as well while the Flyers brought the goon squad haha!
