Leroy Irvin/Roberson with the nice smack down. We have some decisions to make and the hope is they choose the players who are going to add to the team not detract from it. I hope they don't keep a Rhaney or Washington and cut guys like Donnal or Wichmann.

Why does this knucklehead announcer keep referring to Austin Davis as Austin Pettis? Mannion is a keeper.

Looks like Austin Davis is headed either to the PS or out the door because Fisher likes Keenum.

we always get the low end of the buck in terms of announcers

I watch the game on mute, usually if we play a team like the Seahawks they just talk about how great the other team is no matter what the score.

IE:
Announcer 1: Wilson and the Hawks play like a champion would play, they do whatever they want to do.
Announcer 2: Russell Wilson makes it look so easy.
Announcer 1: Yes, he sure does.
Announcer 2: <quietly> Rams with the TD some guy recovered a loose ball for a TD, Rams up by 20.
Announcer 1 : Anyway, how about that Richard Sherman, man he is something.

The wife and I caught part of the game after dinner. Found the stream with Marshall Faulk & Tory Holt. It was nice hearing how great the Rams are for a change after hearing how great the Raiders & Titans are after the first two weeks.

I would have thought it would have been the Rams announcers for y'all since it was a Rams home game. :wtf2:

I got the same stream Vita. Not too bad. Marshall was agitated about some of the play with the first teamers and when they interviewed Snead, who stopped by, they explored some issues. It was interesting to listen to especially with Marshall's attention to detail and meticulous approach to the game. Torry Holt was ragging on Brit a lot especially when he failed to get a first down on a third down pass play after being in the league for 7 years. These guys are champions and their commentary often reflects that. If I was Fisher, I'd hire both of them as coaches.

Maybe we could entice Holt, but I don't think Faulk would want to devote the necessary time after hearing him talk about it a few times.

Dude loves his golf and has a pretty decent TV analyst gig going, TNF and all.

Then again Retro, maybe he's ready to change his tune, those comments about not wanting to coach were made a couple of years ago.

I agree. Maybe we should flood his twitter account with tweets encouraging him to take the coaching plunge.
