I am not sure this is all that crazy, but the 49ers draft Stepfan Taylor instead of Lattimore. Taylor reminds me so much of Frank Gore.

Quick through the hole.
Powerful.
Has the size of a 3 down back.
Can pass protect.
Can catch well from the backfield.
Huge thick legs to drive through tacklers, which he did.
Scouts only knock on him is he doesn't have elite speed, but if you watch his highlights he is running away from USC and Oregon players. He has game speed.

I think he is a 3rd round pick by the 9ers.

I just looked back and I didn't miss it! When it was pointed out, I was really tired and immediately assumed that there was another thread in addition to the other one that I had missed.

imo geno smith needs some good coaching but he should be a good qb.
