Still on track, I was thinking a loss to Air Force and one other loss that we shouldn't have

Today is one of those possibilities

Yeah. Pretty positive we're not beating Air Force. They haven't lost at home in like three years.

What a sad admission. To feel like you don't have that good of a chance against a service academy and are most likely going to lose to them for the third year in a row.

Those service academies are powerhouses this year, they're all undefeated.

It is sad though, if we were even somewhat competent defending against the triple option we'd have a shot, it's unbelievable how bad we are at defending it

Oh for sure. Good team but not a great one. Boise has the kind of talent to beat good teams consistently though. They've done it time after time for nearly two decades now. But for whatever reason they just cannot for the life of them defend the triple option.

I wasn't on here before the season, but I would have said 5-7 and no bowl game this time. I told a buddy at work in response to a comment he made that there were "experts" picking us to win the West that it was more likely that we'd go 4-8 than win the West.

4-8 looks realistic now unless we lose to Rutgers or Purdue.
