It is time for the annual Predict your team's REGULAR SEASON record.

If your team is either Cal or Hawaii, I need your prediction in by Thurs Aug 25 at 9pm EST. (Your game is Friday Aug 26th.)

For everyone else, I need your prediction in by Wednesday Aug 31 at 9pm EST.

I cannot stress this enough. I only want your predicted regular season record. Do not include conference championship games, bowl games, playoff games, etc. ONLY the regular season record. Anyone who tries to get cute and include any of those extra games will get mocked and your prediction will be ignored. I will also ignore anyone who is clearly trying to predict their rival team's record.

Do we all understand that we're not going to try to be special f#C&ing snowflakes this year and actually follow the rules? Good!

I just think with Frost coming in and new schemes and all it will be a bit more of a rebuild but I think they can get back to where they were a couple years ago but not this year

UCF has a few things going for it.

1. The state of Florida produces a lot of high school football talent.

2. They play in the AAC. Sagarin has the AAC rated 6th...with the "average" AAC team losing to the "average" ACC team by 7 points and the "average" SEC team by 13 points. So it's easier to make a comeback in the AAC.

3. UCF has a surprising amount of financial pull. They have ~55,000 undergraduates and an on campus stadium. What they lack in conference money they can make up in ticket and merchandise sales. There is something to be said for sheer large numbers.
