Bolden is back
He's like a rash you can't get rid of.
No 3rd string QB I find this quite risky.

I guess I was thinking PS for Bolden not a roster spotBolden is not officially back yet. Someone has to be cut from the 53 man Roster or sent to the practice squad.
Brandon Bolden's time away from the New England Patriots was short-lived.
According to ESPN's Mike Reiss, the team is set to begin practice on Monday afternoon in preparation for their Thursday opener against the Kansas City Chiefs and the expectation is that running back Brandon Bolden will be back with he team.
Bolden was released during roster cuts on Saturday, but it appears like the team will now make room for him to make his return to Foxboro.

The back has been with the Patriots since the team signed him as an undrafted free agent following the 2012 NFL Draft.
Bolden has been a key special teams player for New England and has been a part of two Super Bowl winning teams. In his time with the team, he's also logged 845 rushing yards on 203 carries for six touchdowns and 46 receptions for 366 yards and two scores.
He'll likely retain his special teams role upon his official return while also serving as the team's emergency running back.
Bolden isn't eligible for the practice squad.
A player must have less than 2 years in the league or less than 9 games played on a 53 man roster. I think BB is ready to move someone to the PS but he wants to be sure it's not someone who will say "No" and walk away. This where BB will pay a player the league min. to keep him on the PS and be ready if needed.
