Of course he is. He is a 2nd year player and was only active for 1 game last year.

Dora would be eligible for the PS even next year with the rules.

That play was nuts. I realize that he was on the field with guys who aren't going to play but he certainly distinguished himself from them.

I mean the pass was terrible and he was in the right spot, but he looked pretty good on the return. Like a RB taking off.

He has a lot of talent, Michigan was loaded at DB during his time there.

The two guys not on the PS that surprise me the most that are not on another teams PS are Dora and Orion Stewart.
