Remington 760 Gamemaster .30-06, bought it in 1971. I have killed a lot of deer with it, somewhere around 34, but I have missed my share too. I have actually had more kills before I put the scope on, even with the see-through mounts. I mostly use either 150 or 180 grain Remington Core-Lokt.

A bit heavy to carry in the field for a length of time, but super in a duck blind.

Hi-point? For all the shit people give them, they are remarkably reliable.
Reliable for sure! I'm done w/ Hi-Point tho. And done w/ 9MM as well. Not much good really. If I'm close enough to use it, hell, I'll just punch someone, lol!

Thanks, I've been looking for a few years, and never found one except over priced ones at gun shows. I walked into my local shop, and there it was. It's brand new, made in 2018. I paid just slightly under retail price. I am going to look for some stag grips for it.
