SEC will play this fall. If not, they will be the last to cancel and only have to cancel because Big12 and ACC shut it down and then the rest of the P5 conferences will talk about this hope of playing a Spring season which will trick the SEC to cancelling because they figure they'll play in the Spring so a champion can be crowned.

Of course a Spring season wont happen, if a delayed Fall season doesn't happen.

So my advice to SEC is play the damn game. Don't cave to the rest of these conferences.

i think it's possible if the B12 cancels, the ACC and SEC may follow suit. it would be a shame for sure.

i actually think SEC closes up first of the 3. Texas and Florida are 2 of the highest infected states. Alabama Miss Ark, Georgia are all in the next tier.

If I were betting, I would bet that none finish the season. I even think the campuses will shut down. They already have their money for the semester, so it wouldn't hurt them to shut it down midway.

This reminds me of when the same 3 conferences mocked the PAC and B1G for going conference only, only to follow them a few weeks later. The writing is on the wall but some folks just want to keep their eyes closed. I don't blame them. I would be doing the same thing

That's a BIG difference. Most fans are idiots, those conferences seem like they have handled things very well. I wish the B10 had waited a bit longer myself, and I am hoping the SEC, B12, and ACC have a successful season. It would be nice to see a season of meaningful college football.
