Possible season ending surgery for Beast

Just saw this on CBS. It says Lynch may have a sports hernia requiring surgery which would end his regular season playing time. Good thing Rawls is stepping up so big so far this year.

Yep, goodbye man. I LOVE me some Lynch. Everything I love about football. Tough, no BS from the media, hard runner and has a great attitude about him. But he's done. Look it'd be different if it was like AP on a team that never makes the SBOWL or does anything relevant in the playoffs, but Lynch started young and has put a LOT of miles on in the big shows.

Time to move on. Let's not make this Shaun Alexander #2.

And on a side note, Bruce might miss another game. God i hope he gets back soon. The Hawks Pass rush is MUCH stronger with Irvin out there. Heck the defense as a whole is stronger, Look what happened once he went out in the Cards game, they came back and put up 14 after the Defense had started shutting them down in the second half.

Sad that so many of you don't or didn't notice the impact that Irvin missing made. We need this guy healthy and i hope Marshawn doesn't have a Sports Hernia because having him AND Rawls for the remainder of the season would be HUGE!

Just read a report saying Lynch will have surgery and miss 4 weeks only. That's good news.

We will now see if Rawls can handle the load. If we make the playoffs, a fresh Marshawn could be quite the weapon.
