I watched this in Tampa when I lived down there. Dungy was a great coach, but he took the Bucs as far as they could go. One year after he was fired and they got a change of pace coach, they win the Superbowl. Then they end up going into the toilet, but they still got the ring that Dungy couldn't get them. Then Dungy gets a change of scenery and wins his own ring.
