No. Foles attempted the handoff, but the RB never got it. I rolled it back to check because I was curious. The RB never got the ball. So Foles was the last person to possess it and he is the only offensive player who could advance it.

Collinsworth acting like Ryan made a great play when that is a throw literally any of us can make, he just flipped it five yards to the back. The issue is the rush didn't contain.
