Eagles playing really sloppy. They've put the ball on the ground 4 times already, and they're fortunate to have only 2 turnovers and 6 points instead of 3 turnovers and 0 points.

That last falcons score was ALL on philly lol...

It wouldn't be philadelphia if they didn't do stuff like this in the playoffs but I find it interesting how the falcons are getting these turnovers on ST so many times already in the playoffs

The Eagles are winning in the trenches but giving it up more than Stormy Daniels. If they stop doing that, they can win this game.

Is it really a good idea to run with Blount on first down?

why do players still try to knock ball out instead of tackling. If he did that the Eagles wouldn't have gotten that 1st down

No, they got it right. It was Foles' fumble so he can advance it.

"On a play from scrimmage, if an offensive player fumbles anywhere on the field during fourth down, only the fumbling player is permitted to recover and/or advance the ball. If any player fumbles after the two-minute warning in a half, only the fumbling player is permitted to recover and/or advance the ball. If recovered by any other offensive player, the ball is dead at the spot of the fumble unless it is recovered behind the spot of the fumble. In that case, the ball is dead at the spot of recovery."
Oh yeah that's right. The old "Raiders Holy Roller" play.

If you're gonna completely lock in on one receiver you at least should be able to throw it close to him

The only saving grace for Philly is that Matt Ryan is garbage. He is keeping them in this game.

I would hardly call Matt Ryan garbage. He led them to the Super Bowl last year and to the playoffs this year. He's been a top 10 QB for a couple of years now.

Agreed. But didn't the runner advance it, based on where the ref place the ball, at least 1/2 a yard?

The RB never had the ball. It went forward but it was a muff and still Foles' to recover and advance because he had it last. A player may always recover and advance his own fumble.
