I know, it wasn't a beatdown per se. It was a convincing win over the #1 team in the nation. Yeah you're probably right about that comparison, too. I'd say it resonated just as loudly with the OSU fanbase, if not more, than any other game since 2002.

If you think bc you stopped LSU, who is a good team, but they are so unbalanced it's crazy. They cant throw the ball. Elliott is an all-around better RB than Fournette hands down. Bc he can block, catch the ball, and has better vision. Fournette might be stronger and faster but Ohio St has plenty of speed on the field already. Elliott went off last year and you didnt even have to worry about Cardale running. Now JT is in there so that helps Zeke even more. I will say Bama looks better but they have only played one ranked team in the SEC and one out of conference. At the end of the year Ohio St will play more ranked teams, yeah surprising huh.
