I'm no Habs fan.

I have however watched 100s of NHL games .... without listening to Jack Edwards.

Based on that and watching PK Subban play at the junior and NHL levels, I can say, despite not liking the Habs, that he is an excellent player who will likely get better.

If PK demanded a trade EVERY SINGLE NHL GM would have Bergevin on speed dial.

Wow, thats a good deal.

It's a nice cap hit for the Habs. It's good for PK too. He'll make 3.75M next year. Which will also be the least the Habs can give in a qualifying offer, not that it matters because that's going to happen no matter what.

Interesting. He's been playing well and the return of Subban could cut into his ice time so that would be my guess as to why he's upset?

Or he might not be upset at all and just not want to talk about it on a game day. Markov doesn't really like to talk period. He turned down the "C" a couple years ago because he is not comfortable talking as much as a Captain has to.
