They are really screwing the Guzman thing up at the moment. He should have gone down before Calhoun and the message wouldn’t look nearly as bad but this organization is not good at doing the right things it seems

We played a very easy schedule for several weeks and built some confidence that caused us to play over our heads against better teams for awhile. You can only play over your head for so long though. We have been back to reality for most of July.

Seems to me we talked about the need for pitching most of this year and that is true but we need position players equally as bad. ( C 1B 2B 3B )

Was reading how Rangers have recently have changed their philosophy re hitters. They want more tools guys who make contact better like Jung and Solak as opposed from these long swings prone to SO. This is how the FO evolving
