Not sure who it was and I won’t bother to look it up, but I gotta laugh at whoever attacked me for saying we should send Guzman down and that I “don’t care about defense”.

Santana is doing just fine defensively at first base and condor looks overmatched at the plate. Looks like the rangers messed up yet another decision. There was no need to piss off calhoun.

Santana did look better than I thought at 1B. He is a good contact hitter like Willie. Both guys are better at top half of lineup. Just too many holes right now. Needed contact from Maz and Gallo and got nothing. We might as well send Maz down as the threat is there and probably in his head. Send Guzman down too. They can work on things there to get their technique and confidence up. You can have only so many long power swings prone to strike Louth in the lineup

They had a poll at the end of the article asking which pitcher readers would rather acquire. Minor came in last with only 12%.

I think we all know a few trades are inevitable.

Unless JD is definitely moving Calhoun, someone else should’ve got sent down. I mean the deadline wasn’t that far away.

I am okay with this if it is just temporary because they are hoping to move a catcher in trade. Otherwise, it is a mistake just like sending Calhoun down.

Actually, I would like to see Trevino and IKF finish the season up here with each getting 50% of the playing time.
