Pirates post winning bid for Jung-Ho Kang.

Pirates will try to sign him for around 5 million per year. This is a gamble but it could pay big dividends as well. The winning bid for rights to negotiate was around 5 million. All eyes will be on Kang to see if he can hit major league pitching.
