yeah that was unfortunate. Could have had a fairy tale ending for him if not for the screw up, but my understanding is that was the 1st time he scored points in F-1. & he had to drive back up to get the points he got. So I still give him kudos.

If he hadn't gotten the flat he might still have won.

Can say I disagree with that assessment at this point in time. Perez and Huklenberg should both have drives next year. Vettel's been in decline (skill and focus both) for a few years. Not sure he's the right choice. I've never really thought Kvyat should be in F1.
